At Shoezona Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home goods purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
